To ensure maximum convenience and confidentiality, transportation of files and boxes to and from the SecureDoc
storage centres is professionally performed by SecureDoc's uniformed employees in late model, security alarmed
vehicles.
Depending on the client's specific requirements, SecureDoc's staff can manage the entire transfer process
including;
- Chronologically sorting and grouping files to ensure timely disposal
- Removing files from their storage shelving and repacking into archive boxes
- Barcode boxes, and files if required
- Recording details box or file content information into file management software - provided either by SecureDoc
or the client
